Upon completion, you’ll receive a Reiki I Practitioner Certificate.

Begin your journey into the practice of Reiki — a gentle, hands-on energy technique that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. In this Level I certification class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Usui Reiki, the traditional Japanese method of channeling universal life energy for healing and renewal.

This training includes:
• An introduction to the history and principles of Reiki
• The Level I attunement to open your connection to Reiki energy
• Instruction and practice in hand placements for self-healing and offering Reiki to others • Guidance on grounding, energetic protection, and intuitive awareness

This class offers both personal and practical benefits — ideal for anyone seeking to enhance their own wellness, deepen their self-care practice, or begin a journey into holistic healing.

No prerequisites are required. All are welcome.

Upon completion, participants receive a Reiki I Practitioner Certificate and are able to give Reiki to themselves, others, and the world around them.
